The view of the sea and the Alps will not let you down throughout the living area of the house. A spacious and high-quality furnished living and dining area invites you to linger, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet complete the comfort.
In the sleeping area upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (with double bed 2x90cm), a bathroom, all with sea views, and a separate WC.
In the back area upstairs is an independent studio, double bed (2x90cm) and pull-out extra bed (for a maximum of 2 people) and a shower room with WC. The studio has a direct exit to the rear terrace.
At street level there is a covered parking space for one car and enough space to park a second vehicle in front.
The rent includes all charges: water, electricity, internet.
Golf enthusiasts will find 2 golf courses in Mandelieu.
All possibilities are available to water sports enthusiasts: several sandy beaches, all water sports, boat trips.
But culture is not neglected either with the open-air Théâtre du Robinson or the Château de la Napoule.
Shops, shopping centers, restaurants, beaches are accessible in a few minutes by car.
The famous Cannes Croisette is accessible in 15 minutes.
The villa is also an ideal starting point to explore the region, for example: the Estérel massif with the largest forest of mimosas in Europe, the city of perfumes in Grasse, the Maeght Foundation with its impressive exhibition of contemporary art in Saint Paul de Vence, the sophisticated cities St.Tropez or Monaco.
